How many people do I need to qualify for group ticket discounts?

  • 10 or more tickets purchased to a single performance qualifies for 20% off ticket prices.

How do I make a group reservation?

  • Call the Box Office at 513-241-2742; Monday-Friday, 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

Can I change the number of tickets in my reservation?

  • Yes! As long as you have a minimum of 10 tickets, you may adjust the number of tickets at any time before final payment is made.

  • Can I change the number of tickets after my final payment has been made?

  • Once final payment has been received, you may not reduce the number of tickets, however additional tickets may be added subject to availability.

**When is payment due? **

  • You have options! Pay in full when you place your order or place your reservation with a non-refundable 10% deposit. We’ll hold your seats until 14 days prior to the performance, at which time full payment is due.

Someone in my group can’t make it. Can we exchange their ticket(s)?

  • Yes! You may exchange those tickets for another performance of the same opera up to 48 hours in advance, subject to ticket availability.

Can I exchange my entire group order for another date?

  • Yes! You may exchange your entire order for another performance in the 2023 season with a minimum 48 hour notice, based on availability.

If I have to cancel my reservation, can I get my deposit back?

  • The 10% deposit is non-refundable, however it may be applied to the purchase of tickets for other performances during the same season.

Can the members of my group pay individually for their tickets?

  • In order to qualify for the group discount, you must make payment for the deposit and a single payment for the final balance due.

NOTE: If final payment is not received within 5 working days of the deadline, reserved seats will be released for immediate re-sale and the 10% deposit will be forfeited.
