Cincinnati Opera’s Box Office at 1243 Elm Street (Corbett Opera Center at Music Hall) will reopen for in-person ticket transactions on March 24, 2025. For questions or special accommodations, please email tickets@cincinnatiopera.org or call 513-241-2742.

Ticketing Fees:
For paid events and performances, a convenience fee of $5 per ticket will be applied to all orders placed by phone; fee reduced to $4 per ticket for orders placed online. An additional $5 per ticket fee will be applied to tickets held for pickup at Will Call; fee reduced to $4 for tickets to be mailed. There is no delivery fee for mobile tickets.
For free events and performances, a processing fee of $2.50 per ticket will be applied to all orders.
To provide for the ongoing care and maintenance of Music Hall, a 3.5% per-ticket facility fee will be applied to the cost of each ticket.
Refunds & Cancellations
All single-ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for missed performances.
